The accredited Cacapon and Lost Rivers Land Trust (CLRLT), a West Virginia based land trust, is seeking an organizational leader, strategic thinker, and an energetic people-person with a love for land conservation. Our rural watershed encompasses a beautiful and diverse area with extraordinary recreational opportunities and nearby access to Winchester, Virginia, Washington, D.C. and other population centers. The ideal candidate will be able to creatively lead our well-established, well-respected, and financially secure organization into a new period of growth and exciting land conservation and educational opportunities. Demonstrated skill in working with landowners, local communities, potential funders and the public is a must. We are a non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to protecting the agricultural, ecological and cultural heritage of the Cacapon watershed.
